As a Human Resources Agent (Benefits) you will responsible for answering questions from employees and retirees, providing administrative and technical support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Respond or redirect inquiries from employees and retired employees regarding benefits programs (insurance, retirement, EAP, policies)
  • Proceed group benefits changes and (eligibility, termination, promotions, payments, etc.)
  • Participate in the Open-enrollment campaign
  • Participate in benefits related communications for employees
  • Follow up on files
  • Handle calls and emails
  • File classification as needed


  • DEC in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 1 years of relatable, professional experience.
  • Must be bilingual in English and French, including, spoken, written and reading.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, in particular Excel, knowledge of human resources software would be an asset;
  • Very sound sense of organization, judgment, resourcefulness, autonomy, initiative and precision;
  • Strong communication, discretion and sense of confidentiality.
