  • 8- 10 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing related roles, of which 3+ in the marine industry preferably with commercial exposure
  • University degree preferably in business, engineering or marketing
  • Excellent project management skills with consistent track record to lead the business design and implementation of large and agile projects within budget and timelines.
  • Validated strong cross-functional working skills and ability to deliver results through others in a matrix multi-cultural global environment.
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and eye for business to synthesize multiple sources of data into valuable analysis, insights and reporting.
  • Have a demonstrated background of commercial acuity, preferably via customer facing experience in the marine industry.
  • Dedication to perfection and with a strong passion for continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and ability for effective communication. Proficiency in English
  • Proficient knowledge of: Microsoft Excel, Power BI, CRM Platform (Dynamics, SAP CRM or Salesforce)
  • Flexibility to travel
