B2B eCommerce - Platform Adoption Lead

As the B2B eCommerce - Platform Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for driving adoption and growth of digital solutions that offer a competitive advantage and promote customer loyalty. Strategically, you will create a readiness and adoption plan to transition customers to digital solutions and drive growth in the market. You will be the conduit between the digital COE teams and key business stakeholders and a key part of a team driving transformative business change. 

About the AC-USCA Digital Team:

Joining the AC USCA Digital team provides an exciting opportunity to be at the center of transformative business initiatives. You will be working on strategic growth projects and connected to stakeholders across our global business. We need you to help us build a digital culture that drives performance and engagement. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, test, and drive execution and implementation of existing and new digital solutions in order to solve business problems
  • Generate ideas for, and oversee the delivery of, new technology solutions that provide more value to key customers and customer groups in order to win more business
  • Ensure that the new digital tools and capabilities developed by the PPG Digital COE teams fit the needs of the USCA AC business
  • Help the business with the full adoption of these digital tools and capabilities made available by the PPG Digital CoE teams
  • Identify and lead MVPs in order to create blueprints for implementing SBU-wide implementation of digital transformation
  • Establish key KPI’s used to measure the general state and effectiveness of digital solutions
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the architectural coatings industry as well as our competitors’ technology offerings
  • Stay current on state-of-the-art digital technologies and identify ways to utilize those in in order to solve USCA AC business problems
  • Network with, and gain cooperation from, team members in every area of the business including marketing, finance, accounting, operations and IT

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of digital business experience, particularity in the retail space
  • Proven track record demonstrating the ability to design and build digital solutions that drive business results
  • Experience with further building an omnichannel business of services, developing an established brand and nurturing new growth opportunities.
