PPG Digital team is leading PPG and the coatings industry through an evolution in PPG’s business strategies and structure - to capture opportunities enabled by digital technologies and provide amazing customer experiences while unlocking new revenue streams and reaching new customers! You will take ownership for providing support to a specific business or function, leveraging analysis and information technology processes to prepare the essential groundwork for business process or application changes. You will act as trusted advisor and liaison between IT and the business or function working on identifying opportunities to apply technologies to business processes. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the SAP C/4 HANA CRM implementations within PPG!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business, digital and IT teams to understand key business/digital strategy and design a modern and effective enterprise architecture that delivers significant business impact.
  • Participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance.
  • Design and implementation of business processes for After-sales, Customer Experience and Marketing functions (such as Campaign Management, Loyalty Management, Customer Profiling etc.) and including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems within the organization.
  • Champion the direction to other functional analysts in regards to long term application strategy and prepare and lead training sessions for key users.
  • Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the C/4 HANA (Sales, Service and Marketing) Suite, by staying abreast of new trends and future enhancements.
  • Support business users during User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Help in identifying and interviewing resources for the SAP C4/Hana Functional Analyst roles.
  • Collecting the requirements of the business user, analyzing them with respect to C/4 HANA Marketing systems, configuring, developing & testing according to finalized business requirements and rollouts to different departments.
  • Support new releases (typically four every year) and will evaluate it for potential enhancements for her/his supported implementations.
  • Enabling email, chat and social media channel like Twitter, Facebook etc. with SAP C/4 HANA.
  • Proactively evaluate, design and promote new products, processes, technologies and solutions.


  •  A minimum of three years of experience configuring the sales module within SAP CRM On-Premise or C/4 HANA.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Proficient in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Sales and/or Service Cloud, Business knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design, and Business Process Design/Re-Design.
  • Three years of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) administration is preferred.
