Export and Domestic Customer Service Coordinator

As an Export and Domestic Customer Service Coordinator, you will be a part of the Customer Service team. We are the first line of contact for our internal and external customers to ensure the success of every sale. Accuracy is critical as you’ll be responsible for accurately recording customer orders, sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers and working with our Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping departments to ensure on-time delivery for our customer’s accounts. You’ll act as account manager and be empowered to proactively deal with customer service related problems and implement corrective action plans when needed. You’ll also gain a solid understanding of our business unit policies, systems, procedures and objectives.


  • Timely and accurate input of customer orders sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking
  • Reviewing and updating daily priority list, customer and product file maintenance
  • Working with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure on-time shipments and manage inventory in a cost-effective manner
  • Generate and oversee export compliance documentation as needed for export transactions such as the Commercial Invoice, SLI, Packing Lists, etc.
  • Working with supervisor to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.


  • A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a high volume, fast paced, complex customer service environment required (retail or call center experience is not applicable)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within Export Compliance
  • Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate essential
  • Strong oral communication, strong customer phone skills, partnership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, follow up and analytical abilities
  • Must be able to work independently without close supervision in a team environment
  • Must be able to display hardworking, customer-focused professionalism
  • Excellent attendance is a must
