  • Business or University degree
  • HR Demonstrable experience in a global, multi country and matrix company operating management structure
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication, energy, and passion to be a strong business partner working alongside a dynamic leadership team who are tackling multiple priorities throughout the organization.
  • Strong ethics and integrity.
  • Possess cultural sensitivity in order to work reliably across borders, functions, levels
  • Ability to develop and influence a professional, highly hardworking executive team.
  • Prior experience driving the talent and culture strategy with a leadership team, and should have built human resources programs that have provided long-term value for the firm and all its stakeholders-employees, customers, and shareholders.
  • Develop and use substantial data and insights, metrics and scorecards to assess and develop progress.
  • Attention to ask great questions, handle detail and see bigger picture. Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work on his/her own and at the same time be very hands on
  • Proficient English
