IT Support Specialist (1st Line Support / Helpdesk / Service Desk)

Your responsibilities:

  • New hires will apply the ITIL methodology best practices of Incident, problem and knowledge center support as they provide customers with support about IT services
  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, online chats and emails for technical support
  • Document, supervise and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions for customer
  • Participants will be able to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to help users and will receive on-the-job training, yearly corporate training and individualized training to help you grow personally and professionally.


What we offer:

Our requirements:

  • Experience as: Service Desk; 1st Line Support; IT Help Desk; IT Specialist will be an advantage
  • Enrolled University or Professional Students working to acquire a degree in the Information Technology or equivalent field
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 environment
  • Proficient English
  • Enthusiastic to learn PPG's IT environment
  • Ability to succeed in the Service Desk role while engaging interest to develop into other roles.
