People Operations Partner/HR Manager

As a People Operations Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to key leaders on the business unit (BU) leadership team and leaders deeper in the organization. Do you have a business focus approach that can translate strategies into human resources capabilities? You will implement innovative programs that improve business results! Do you enjoy crafting and delivering a strategy that builds the talent and capability of the plant site? You will provide proactive and effective mentorship to leaders to manage and improve the capabilities of their teams to build an environment of empowerment and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with key site leaders to translate business strategy into the HR strategy and agenda, while providing proactive, strategic business and human resource consultation and direction.
  • Champions and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive awareness and accountability and customizes strategies where needed.
  • Partners to implement talent development programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, leadership and top talent development, organizational planning and pipeline development, performance management, skill/capability assessments).
  • Utilize data and analysis to drive decision-making and proactively tackle any trends.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field of study.
  • 5+ years' experience in an HRBP role or COE (Compensation, Talent Management), with Workday experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience influencing organizational change with the ability to model ethical and professional behavior.
