As a PPSC HR TEAM LEADER, you will coordinate our teams in SSC, Queretaro. This position leads and oversees the day-to-day activities of PPSC Partners and supervise adherence to metrics and coordinate resources and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate teams to ensure collaboration and achieving service criteria
  • Participate in meetings with partners, lead process improvement activities
  • Coordinate and support skill-sharing among team members
  • Data analysis, service quality review
  • Process payroll changes, maintain employee files and records in internal system (Workday)
  • Connect with our PPG colleagues (via phone, chat, HR tickets) and assist them with questions about HR policies and the HR system
  • Support and guide team members in solving daily tasks



  • One to four (1-4) years of experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR and experience with HR systems such as Workday is desirable, but not required
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Experience with ticketing tools
