As a Product Information Management (PIM) Process Lead, you will oversee day-to-day activities of the PIM Process Specialists and serve as the PIM Power User, while working cross functionally with portfolio management, marketing and IT, supporting US and Canada, along with the global team. This role will manage and develop the priorities and activities of subordinates in supporting the execution of the PIM data management strategy, and initiate continuous improvement of data management processes.  Will have full understanding of and ability to educate on design and functionality of data elements related to all data domains as well as be a champion of PIM data policies/governance and comprehend the complexity of the data relationships required to ensure successful transactions.  Acts as escalation point for troubleshooting and solving complex data issues.  Liaises with appropriate business functional partners for continual improvement of data processes and standards. Will have the ability to influence and coordinate activity with cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with all functions within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop capacity plan for respective area to determine throughput for resourcing and establish and measure KPI’s for team performance.  Define data quality KPI's and metrics for subordinates related to data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Coach, counsel, set expectations and develop direct reports to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Familiarity with databases and IT systems and how they work.  Establish and maintain a product information management approval matrix to ensure all submissions follow an agreed upon business approval process.
  • Essential to be able to troubleshoot, recognize and recommend corrective actions and tackle problems under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Liaise with key Functional Business partners to understand their customer experiences and leverage those interactions to prioritize and develop projects and day-to-day opportunities to deliver improvements.
  • Clearly communicate PIM process, needs and steps to ensure accurate product data for entry to PIM systems


  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 - 5 years’ experience in ERP systems, supervisory and/or relevant business experience and knowledge of Informatica Product Maintenance Systems a plus
  • The successful candidate is highly motivated, results and detail oriented and able to lead a high functioning team.
  • Candidate must understand and demonstrate competency in procedures and principles of data management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively, while prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Candidate must have knowledge of business processes by functional area and business unit to ensure complete and accurate alignment of data domains.
