Production Supervisor- 1st shift wkds

As a Production Supervisor (5:30a-5:30p F/S/S), you will own the manufacturing of our coating products to ensure safe production of material that meets customer and quality system requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner. The Supervisor is part of a team that has multiple members, including both the operator and QC functions, and requires coordination between shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for process safety management systems and safe operation of equipment; directly accountable for personnel safety, quality, scheduling, and customer service issues related to production.
  • Administrative tasks such as daily timekeeping and production records, log maintenance and printing labels, are routinely encouraged. Housekeeping, training, emergency response, and plant supervision coverage are additional responsibilities.
  • Lead all aspects of to improve plant key performance indicators and manufacturing/operational metrics, as well as, being a technical resource to production personnel in troubleshooting and process problem solving.


  • A HS Diploma/GED is required, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering highly desired.
  • Proven 5+ years' supervisor or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong digital literacy, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and technical report writing are required.
