Each program provides employees and their household members with access to confidential resources (counseling and referrals) designed to help with anxiety or depression, work-related stress, family or relationship concerns, childcare and eldercare assistance, financial or legal issues (loans, mortgages, debt), parenting concerns, and substance abuse.

At PPG, we value time together  — both with colleagues at work and with the people and commitments that matter outside of work. We strive to balance in-person collaboration and flexibility while meeting the requirements of each role.

Flexible work time
We recognize that not everyone thrives on a 9-to-5 schedule. Our flexible work time policy allows employees to choose their working hours within reasonable limits, such as starting anytime between 6 am and 9 am. This flexibility empowers our team members to align their work hours with their peak productivity and personal commitments.
Flexible Fridays While employees in eligible positions have the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays, employees are generally expected to work on-site Monday through Thursday to support collaboration, connection and career development. 

Some roles, such as store associates, technicians, and operators, require a consistent on-site presence due to the nature of their responsibilities. Work arrangements may vary by role and location.
