We recognize that not everyone thrives on a 9-to-5 schedule. Our flexible work time policy allows employees to choose their working hours within reasonable limits, such as starting anytime between 6 am and 9 am. This flexibility empowers our team members to align their work hours with their peak productivity and personal commitments.
While employees in some positions are occasionally permitted to work from home 2 days per week, others are expected to be on-site. For roles such as store associates, technicians and operators, remote work is not typically feasible due to the nature of their responsibilities.
