Digital Product Manager – AI/ML

As a Digital Product Manager – AI/ML, you will manage products focused on capturing the business opportunities and impact that could be enabled by the AI technologies. This is a role will require 20-30% travel. It is based in Pittsburgh, PA (USA).  Relocation assistance available.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Accountable for product P&L, building product vision, strategy and roadmap and orchestrate the execution with the help of cross functional squads
  • Lead the strategy development process for the product and validate the relevant customer, value proposition, and growth and viability/ROI assumptions through lean startup methodologies
  • Setup the Product KPIs in terms of business impact i.e. revenue growth and/or operational perfection, co-own the goals with strategic business units and functions.
  • Orchestrate the product experiment execution with the help of cross functional squad including data scientists, data engineers, ML/ops engineer, architect, SME and end user representatives/end users
  • Conduct the lean ceremonies to enable the stakeholder communication, eliminate the execution barriers and discover the emerging ideas from the filed
  • Report out to the product sponsor committee and balance the product backlog to achieve the product KPIs
  • Foster AI ready mindset across end user community by crafting product awareness, desire, knowledge, ability to use and advocacy
  • Build business case and present to the stakeholders and senior management


 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS required
  • MBA (or Advanced Degree) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital product management or digital product development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, lean startup methodologies
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management.
  • Good understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile development principles
