As a Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll contribute to the achievement of business objectives by ensuring that customer digital marketing efforts are delivered on time, on budget, to the agreed upon specification, and to the customer’s overall satisfaction.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns in support of promotions, product launches, loyalty, etc.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of customer data to identify relevant customer segments, oversee list creation and monitor list management and segmentation
  • Analyze business needs to properly identify target groups using available CRM data
  • Execute, track, and optimize global rollout of all email programs and calendars
  • Identify opportunities to engage contacts, nurture leads to conversion, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with creative & brand teams to create consistent, brand-driven messaging and visual design, balancing industry best practices with brand identity
  • Apply segmentation and personalization to enrich communications
  • Execute programs against test-and-learn plans and results
  • Accountable from driving attributable business results



  • 4-5 years email marketing experience
  • 4-5 years lead generation/CRM experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, computer science, information science technology, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS programming languages
  • Proficiency in SAP Marketing Cloud is a big plus
  • Experience in at least one CRM or marketing automation platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Acoustic/IBM Watson Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot or Act-On
  • Experience executing within established Email, CRM, or Loyalty programs
  • Strong knowledge of customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented communication strategies
  • Self-starter with ability to seek out opportunities, create an action plan and see it through to fruition
  • In-depth knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagement, and conversions
  • Technologically savvy and up-to-date on industry trends
  • Data-driven marketer with a passion for driving B2B results
  • Strong collaborator with excellent presentation, communication, and problem solving skills
  • High level of skill with Microsoft Office suite
