As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide HR leadership to the Global Industrial Coatings business! By establishing trusted relationships with executive leaders and truly understanding the business, you will align human resources programs to achieve business objective. You will implement innovative programs that improve business results and align globally! Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Global HR Business Partner, Industrial Segment, you work with key leaders to translate business strategy into the HR strategy and agenda, providing proactive, strategic business and human resource consultation and direction to leadership teams.
  • Champions and supports implementation of global strategies communicating a ONE PPG message to shepherd awareness and accountability.
  • Provides direction to leaders on performance management, talent management and talent rewards. Drives development within leadership teams ensuring organization sustainability, reviewing top talent deals and needs to prevent retention risks.


  • 15 years+ human resources experience and 5 years proven track record with senior leaders; prefer high level of expertise in specialist areas including organizational development and design, recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, internal communication, etc.
  • Robust HR experience in a global, multi country and matrix company operating management structure.
  • Prior experience driving strategy with a leadership team, and should have built human resources programs that have provided long-term value for the firm and all its stakeholders-employees, customers, and shareholders.
  • Able to develop and demonstrate meaningful data and insights, metrics and scorecards to assess and audit progress.
