Paintzen is seeking a talented and passionate Project Advisor to sell the Paintzen service and book the incredible volume of inbound jobs we receive daily. Our product sells itself (and we have the numbers to prove it), which means you will spend less time hunting prospects (no cold calling) and more time on closing deals. You will focus on B2C sales, working within our Residential Division.

Paintzen is a platform for matching home improvement buyers with experienced paint crews, managing all the logistics of the job to provide a stress-free experience. A company within PPG’s architectural coatings business, the industry leader in residential and commercial coatings, we are focused on creating a new kind of e-commerce experience for the lucrative home improvement market by reimagining the way we connect and work with qualified contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay organized by tracking sales activity in our CRM.
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and forms from high-intent prospects and assist with the booking process. These will be inbound from a mix of our online “booking flow”, lead gen platforms, and more!
  • Manage a portfolio of quality leads and be encouraged to implement new sales strategies.
  • Price and scope out painting projects using our internal system.
  • Help customers understand the value of Paintzen and offer our wide range of services.


  • A desire to launch your sales career and grow within our company.
  • BS / BA degree
  • Experience with customer interactions and sales
  • Paint industry knowledge is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, great attitude, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
