Service Analyst Associate III, IT Front Line AC/PMC

As an Service Analyst Associate III, as part of the Service Management Support Team you will provide support to end-users and provide pro-active monitoring of PPG’s computer systems, networks, POS, and equipment found within Retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Performs pro-active monitoring & problem resolution of PPG’s computer systems through appropriate tools.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Works directly with customers on resolving problems that typically take greater time and experience to resolve.
  • Participates in various projects to monitor and improve responsiveness to customer.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and promote instructions from pre-established guidelines to resolve issues.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computers, Information Technology or similar; OR equivalent combination of training, skills, eduction, and experience.
  • 1-3 years technical support experience in a computer-related area
  • Knowledgeable of IT technologies, infrastructure support, and systems such as: Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office, Utilities, Server & Network Systems, IT Networks, Voice Servers, IT Security, Disaster Recovery, Process Control, Monitoring Applications, and general Call Center Technologies.
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Capabilities
  • 1 year of experience in our Global IT Service Desk function is highly preferred
